Goji Pecan Porridge

2 cups pecans, soaked 2 hours
1/4 cup dried goji berries, soaked for 2 hours in one cup water
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1 Tbsp. ground flax and hemp seeds
1 Tbsp. coconut oil


Drain the pecans.  Process the first five ingredients and the goji soaking water in an S-blade food processor until chunky. 


To serve, gently warm 1/2 cup of pecan mixture over medium low heat.  Place coconut oil, ground flax and hemp seeds into a bowl.  Serve as is or with warm nut or seed mylk.
