Asian Broccoli Slaw

Asian Broccoli Slaw

Active time:  15 minutes

Slaw Ingredients:

4 cups broccoli
1/2 head red cabbage
1 carrot

Thinly slice cabbage.  Using a grader or food processor, grate broccoli to uniform small chunks.  Grate carrot.  Place in a large bowl.



Sesame Ginger Dressing 


1 clove garlic, minced
1 3/4 inch knob of ginger root, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)
2 Tbsp. sesame oil
2 Tbsp. coconut aminos
2 tsp. sesame seeds

Dressing Directions:
Mince garlic and ginger.  Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl. 

Toss everything together with dressing and serve.  (Sometimes these taste better the next day after flavors have had a chance to set).
