Simple Chia Porridge


Serves 1

¼ cup chia seeds 2 Tbsp. dried goji berries 1 ½ cups almond milk 2 Tbsp. ground flax seed 2 Tbsp. ground hemp seed 1 TBSP virgin coconut oil

Place the chia seeds, goji berries in a bowl, add mylk and stir. Allow to sit for 10 minutes or until thick. You may warm the chia seeds on low to medium heat until warm to touch. Don’t boil as it destroys the omega three fats in the chia seeds.

Stir in coconut oil flax and hemp seeds and enjoy. Add more mylk as desired.
