Lemony Greens Soup

1 cup tightly packed spinach, kale, chard, or other dark leafy greens 1 Tbsp. chickpea miso 1 cup water 1/2 cup macadamia nuts 1 green onion, trimmed and cut into one-inch pieces Juice of 1 lemon A dash of mace

Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender. Blend at high speed until emulsified, or until hot if a warm soup is desired.
