Cinnamon Tea


It's so easy to make, is calorie-free, and tastes like a liquid cinnamon roll! What's not to like about that???

Boil enough water to fill your coffee mug. While water is heating, pour 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in the bottom of your cup. Add in a splash of vanilla and a few drops of liquid stevia (to taste), and then add hot water. Stir and serve. I drink this almost daily in the winter, and it makes a great after-meal dessert to satisfy the sweet tooth! NOTE: Keep it stirred as the cinnamon will sink to the bottom of the glass. You probably won't want to finish the last swallow as that's where the remaining cinnamon will be.
