Mexican Tomato Salsa Salad

Serves 1 4 ripe tomatoes diced 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro 1 tsp. cayenne 1 tsp hing or garlic powder to taste 2 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice salt to taste Avocado, diced 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds In a bowl, mix all ingredients. Serve over a bed of greens.
