Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing

1/3 cup apple-cider vinegar with the "mother" (such as Braggs brand) 1/2 cup cold pressed olive oil or flax seed oil 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 5-6 drops liquid stevia (or to taste) salt and pepper to taste Whisk all together in a bowl. This will keep in the fridge several weeks, however the oil may harden a bit. If so, let it come to room temperature and whisk again.
