Red Pepper Cream Soup (no cook)


Serves 2-3 Ingredients: 1 avocado (peeled and pitted) 1 red bell pepper, chopped 2 cups water or almond milk 1/2 handful of cilantro chopped 1/2 tsp. dulse flakes pinch of oregano Blend all in a Vitamix until smooth. Serve.
