1 head cauliflower 1 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted 1 Tbsp. curry powder Preheat oven to 425. Break cauliflower into florets. Place in a bag, add oil and toss to coat. Add curry and mix around tin the bag to incorporate. Place cauliflower in a roasting pan and bake until browned and tender (check every 10-15 minutes and stir).
