5 Minute Dulse Miso Soup
Serves 1 1 cup boiling water 1/3 cup Dulse (dried sea vegetable) 1 Tbsp. soy-free miso Add Dulse to boiling water. Let water sit until it's not steaming anymore. Add miso and stir. (Miso is a fermented product that has lots of healthy bacteria. Adding miso to boiling water will kill the beneficial bacteria).
