Our body is amazing; no matter what we do to it, it tries to maintain a healthy balance. Over time, things like emotional stress and poor nutrition can cause our bodies to become overloaded. Symptoms can include gastrointestinal irritability, excess weight, low energy, frequents colds, inflammation, brain-fog, insomnia, food cravings, food intolerances and sensitivities, among others.
To overcome these symptoms and to help the body detox naturally, the best place to start is by nourishing the body internally.

I know first hand how changing what you eat really does make a difference. After having been diagnosed with an "incurable" life changing autoimmune disease called Meniere's disease, I changed my diet to a whole foods program just like the one in this program. In just 2 weeks, my disease symptoms were drastically reduced. Soon after, I started noticing my chronic insomnia was gone, I lost weight without trying, my allergies and asthma were almost negligent, and I had so much energy . . . and HAPPINESS! I want you to experience life changing improvements, too, and that's why I created this program.

Everyone’s body responds to foods differently. Through this 11-Day Clean Eating Program, you'll be walked through step by step to figure out which foods are causing you issues. You'll also get lots of easy and nutritious recipes to follow as well.
Here is what you can expect with the program:
DAYS 1-7, you'll eliminate the most common foods that cause issues.
DAYS 8-11, you'll reintroduce those foods (one at a time each day) so you can take note of how they make you feel.
At the end, you'll be empowered with the knowledge of which foods it is best to avoid so you can feel your best (your body will appreciate it).
In this incredibly supportive online experience you will receive:
a comprehensive e-book I created, filled with valuable information for you to download and keep, that will guide you through exactly what to do and when to do it
a recipe book comprised of 60 recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks
a suggested meal plan and shopping list to make the program as easy as possible for you.

WILL I BE STARVING?
This program is not about starvation or deprivation, and we are not counting calories or dwelling on carbs. You will feel satisfied with every bite. If you do get hungry, there are extra snack recipes included.
CAN I STILL WORKOUT DURING THE PROGRAM?
Please workout during the program! If you feel tired or have low energy, exercising restores both strength and energy. During this program, you will be eating protein and drinking plenty of liquids, so if you’re already exercising, there’s no reason to stop! It is important to remember that whenever you change the foods you eat your body changes as well.
WHAT SORTS OF PROTEINS WILL I BE EATING?
You will have the option to eat plant or animal-based proteins, which will be listed out for you in your recipes and suggested meals. There are so many “clean eating protein sources” to choose from you won’t get bored with your options!
AM I ONLY GOING TO BE DRINKING JUICES AND SMOOTHIES?
No way! While there are some juices and smoothies for you to choose from, you will also be eating salads, soups, and even snacks that are delicious, nutritious, and that will eliminate toxins in your body in a safe and natural way.
WILL I FEEL WEAK DURING THE PROGRAM?
Most people get a boost of energy when they stop eating foods that cause reactions. In the beginning, your body may go through a “rebalancing phase” to let go of toxicity. It is important to listen to your body through this program, and I will be here to support you with that. I will guide you step by step through exactly what can be done to reduce any unwanted symptoms that may appear. This program is completely flexible for figuring out what works for you.
