In a skillet, sauté veggies in ghee over medium heat until tender but firm. Add herbs to mixture and sauté for about 30 seconds to incorporate spices. Add veggie mixture to the grains and stir to mix. Adjust seasonings to taste and serve.
*Herbs D' Province is an all around spice mix that goes great on salads, over chicken or anything that needs a little more flavor. Look for it in health food stores or online.
