This is hearty!  I’ve had this for lunch and it tides you over to the next meal.  

¼ cup dulse 
1 ripe avocado
1 tomato, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. cumin
½ tsp. salt
Juice of ½ lemon


Put dulse in a small cup or bowl with enough water to cover.  Let sit while you mix other ingredients.  

In a bowl, mash avocado with a fork.  Add tomato, garlic, cumin and salt.  Squeeze out water from dulse and add to guacamole.  Stir to blend.  Good to dip with carrot, celery and red pepper sticks.
