Salad: 1/2 head of cabbage, chopped or shredded 4-6 stalks celery, minced 1/4 cups walnuts, soaked, rinsed 1/4 cup cilantro. chopped
Dressing: 1 large avocado 1 medium cucumber 1/2 cups walnuts, soaked and rinsed 1/4 bunco of cilantro 1-2 tsp. hing or garlic powder to taste 1 tsp. paprika salt to taste Liquid stevia to taste (optional)
For dressing, chop veggies and nuts. Blend ingredients until smooth. For salad, chop and mix veggies and nuts. Toss in dressing and serve.
Options: red bell peppers (phase 2) give this salad a little extra color. Black sesame seeds add extra crunch.
