Dr. Klug’s Favorite Salad Dressing!

½ cup extra virgin olive oil

½ cup pine nuts

Juice of 2 lemons

2 TBSP fresh Rosemary, Dill, Thyme OR Parsley

You may substitute Herbs De Provence OR 1 TBSP dried herbs

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until emulsifie...


1 cup raw almonds (soaked overnight)
4 cups filtered water
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
2 anise stars
1/4 tsp. nutmeg (freshly ground -- makes a huge difference)
10 pods green cardamom
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/3 cup dates, pitted and halved (Sweeter Still Phase)...

Ingredients:

almond or coconut milk
raw cacao (to taste)
stevia (to taste)
optional cinnamon or mint extract


Warm milk on stove and experiment with above ingredients to your liking.

Ingredients:

1 avocado (peeled and pitted)
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 cups water or almond milk
1/2 handful of cilantro chopped
1/2 tsp. dulse flakes
pinch of oregano


Blend all in a Vitamix until smooth.  Serve.
