1, 15-oz. can of chick peas (same as garbanzo beans)
¼ cup lemon juice (or juice from one large lemon)
¼ cup raw sesame tahini
3 Tbsp. water
1 minced garlic clove

Serves 2

2 cups water
1/3 cup hemp seeds
1 handful (about 3/4 cup) cucumber cut into chunks
3 big kale leaves, stems removed
1 tsp cinnamon
1 handful (about 3/4 cup) frozen berries
4 TBSP olive oil
2 TBSP hemp seed oil
Two large glasses or 2o-ounce blender bottles.
